We all are aware of the health benefits of amla or gooseberry, and therefore including it in your everyday diet is always a good idea. According to Ayurveda, amla is said to be Tridoshic, which means it has an equal balance of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha doshas. While you can make so many recipes using amla, this amla juice is the easiest and healthiest way to add some nutrition to your body. Just grind fresh amla with ginger, water, and salt, and your magic potion is ready in under 5 minutes. This detoxifying drink is said to be best when had in the morning on an empty stomach. So if you want to derive its full benefits, do not forget that morning amla shot. The taste of this drink is not very pleasant but try to gulp down a shot because the amount of benefits it has is worth that gulp. Also adding a little ginger and black salt not only add to the health benefit but also to its taste. Do not drink more than 10-20 ml of this juice every day, as it has its own side effects too. And also make sure to drink it as soon as you make the juice. Amla gets oxidized very soon and the juice will taste very bitter if not had immediately.
