How to Make Apple Kesari
Heat ¼ cup ghee in a pan, add cashews and raisins and fry till golden. Drain and set aside. In the same ghee add in sooji and roast for 2 to 3 mins. Pour in water and mix well. Cook till it thickens. Add in sugar and apple puree and mix well. Cook till it thickens. Now add in ghee and mix well. Add in food colour and cardamom powder and mix well. Add in fried nuts and mix well. Serve.
