Baba Ganoush Recipe. Delicious eggplant dip flavoured with tahini, lemon and garlic which makes a perfect dip for your chips or had with some pita bread. I wanted to make this for a very long time. Finally i did it few days back and it was delish. Enjoy it with some pita bread or pita chips and you are in heaven. The smoky taste of the eggplant was perfect in this along with the nutty mild flavour of tahini and the zing of little lemon and garlic. Yum.
