Ingredients for Baked Chicken Samosa
Samosa Sheets / Samosa Patti- 25 to 30 Oil or Butter for brushing over samosa All Purpose Flour / Maida - 3 tbsp Water - 3 tbsp
For Keema Filling:
Oil - 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1.5 tsp Onion - 1 large chopped finely Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp Green Chillies - 2 chopped finely Tomatoes - 2 large chopped finely or pureed Green Peas - 1.5 cup ( I used frozen) Minced Chicken - 500 grams Chilli powder - 2 tsp Coriander Powder / Malli Podi - 1.5 tbsp Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi - 1 tsp Cumin Powder / Jeera Powder - 1.5 tsp Garam Masala Powder - 2 tsp Salt to taste Coriander leaves a handful finely chopped Water if needed
