All Purpose Flour / Maida - ¾ cup / 90 grams Sugar - ½ cup / 100 grams Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - ½ tsp Baking Powder - ½ tsp Ripe Banana - 1 cup mashed ( I used 5 small ones) Oil - ¼ cup / 60 ml Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp Walnuts - ½ cup
(My 1 cup measures 240 ml) This muffins makes a great breakfast..I used walnuts in these, you can use cashews, almonds, pista or anything as you wish. And you can in fact use whole wheat flour instead of maida to make it healthy. Specially these banana nut muffins are the easiest and fail proof recipe which you can try your hands on.
