I actually put the sauce along with bananas in fridge and during dinner time i reheated the sauce and poured it over vanilla ice cream and served him. First he took a weirdo look at me and when he took his first bite, he was like “WOWO..This is just incredible and you know what from now on this is going to be my all time favourite ice cream in the world” and he licked the bowl clean..I am one happy and proud wife! I modified the recipe a little by using jaggery instead of brown sugar because that is the one which i have on hand.
