How to Make Candied Citrus Peel
This is so easy to make, you don’t need any special ingredients for this, just peels, water and sugar.
Ingredients for Candied Citrus Peel
Orange Peels from 4 oranges Lemon Peels from 6 lemons Sugar - 1 cup Water - 1 cup + more Caster Sugar - ¾ cup
Dulce De Leche Mayonnaise Schezwan Sauce Eggless Mayo Pasta Sauce Salted Caramel Sauce Chocolate Dipping Sauce Now fill fresh water in the pan and add the peels back in and cook for 3 mins this remove the bitterness from it. Drain it. Now take sugar and water in a sauce pan, bring it to a boil. Add the peels in and cook for 5 to 10 mins till it is done. Now drain it and spread it in a parchment paper so it gets dry. Let it dry for 2 to 3 hours. Now take it in a bowl, and sprinkle the top with some caster sugar. Toss well. Spread it in parchment paper and let it dry for 1 hour or so.
