How to Make Carrot Sabzi
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, urad dal and curry leaves, Add in carrots and salt and toss well. Cover and cook till done. Now add in chilli powder and turmeric and toss well. Add gram flour and saute for 5 to 6 mins. Serve.
