Take all purpose flour in a bowl Pin 2)Add some sooji Pin 3)Add salt Pin 4)Add sugar Pin 5)Add in ghee or oil Pin 6)Mix into the flour Pin 7)Add luke warm milk or water Pin 8)Shape it into a dough. Add more water if needed Pin 9)Apply oil over it and cover with a wet cloth and leave for 1 hour Pin 10)Now make the filling.
