1)You can make the puri dough in a big batch and store in fridge for a week.2)Make filling a day ahead and store in fridge.3)Use any cheese. I used cheese slice. You could use cheddar, mozzarella as well.4)Any finely chopped vegetables can be added.5)Instead of making this in puri, you can cook on a tawa as paratha.6)This makes a great kids friendly recipe too.7)Makes perfect lunch box or snacks box recipe too.
