About Cucumber Raita Recipe
In Indian cuisine, raita is a side dish made of dahi and either raw or cooked vegetables, rarely fruit, or, in the case of boondi raita, fried batter made of besan. In western cooking, a side dish, dip, or cooked salad comes the closest. Cucumber Raita is a variation of raita that can be used as a dip or a salad. Freshly chopped cucumber, green chilies, dahi, and optionally finely chopped tomato and onion are combined to make it. Since it helps people avoid the heat, it is particularly well-liked during the summer. Similar Recipes,Beetroot RaitaRadish RaitaCucumber RaitaOnion Tomato RaitaCherry Tomato RaitaSpicy Mango Raita

Spring Onion
Spring onions are very young onions that have been harvested before the bulb has had a chance to swell. The long, slender green tops and small white bulb are both edible and can be eaten raw or cooked.
Green Chilli
The green chillies in cooked or raw form give a fiery hot flavor. To reduce the fiery hot flavor the seeds and inner membranes could be removed which is effective at reducing the heat of the pod. Follow me on Instagram, Facebook,Pinterest ,Youtube and Twitter for more Yummy Tummy inspiration.
