on Feb 06, 2024 Herbal teas are my favorite for sipping during the day. Here are some of my favorite recipes that you must try too – Hibiscus Tea, Apple Cinnamon Tea, Turmeric Ginger Tea, Saffron Tea, Lemon Tea, and Sumac Tea. I love to sip warm beverages throughout the day. My morning starts with a large cup of Tulsi green tea, and then during the day, I experiment with different herbal teas and tisanes. My mom asked me to try this cumin tea (jeera water) sometime back. It was quite a comforting drink, and I could feel my stomach doing a happy dance. Since then, I have been making it very regularly.
