Here are some more chaat recipes for teatime snacks: Samosa Chaat, Chana Chaat, Sweet Corn Chaat, Aloo Chaat, Papdi Chaat, and Matar Chaat.
My affair with eggs is very confusing. I love them in some recipes but cannot stand them in others. Egg curries are my favorite, and I also like boiled eggs, but they must be seasoned nicely.
This egg chaat is a great way to include eggs in your diet. If you are like me and want some ingredients to overpower the eggy smell, then this one is perfect for you.
About Egg Chaat
Egg Chaat is a delicious snack or appetizer where hard-boiled eggs are topped with chaat toppings. This unique dish is easy to make and comes together quickly using simple ingredients. Green Chutney gives a tangy, spicy taste to this dish. If you would like it to be spicier, add some garlic chutney to the top. If you like some sweetness, you can also add Tamarind Chutney. Tomatoes, Onions, and Green Chilies are used to top the chaat. If you are making it for kids, skip adding green chilies. Sev – Use fine sev also called nylon sev. But if you don’t have it, add any thin sev available at home. Other Ingredients – You will also need salt, red chili powder, chaat masala powder, lime juice, and cilantro (fresh coriander leaves). You can adjust the quantity of red chili powder and chaat masala as per your taste. You can also add some chopped cucumber, boiled and cubed potatoes, and mint leaves to this chaat. Sprinkle salt and red chili powder over them. Top with chopped onions, green chilies, and tomatoes. Drizzle green chutney on top. Sprinkle chaat masala powder and lime juice. Garnish with chopped cilantro and fine sev and serve immediately.
