Ingredients for Egg Salad Sandwich
Egg - 3 Bread Slices - 8 Slices (I used white bread) Oil for toasting bread
For Egg Salad:
Mayonnaise - ½ cup Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tsp Salt to taste Sugar - ½ tsp White pepper powder -1 tsp Onion - 1 small chopped finely Green Chilli - 1 chopped finely ( I used pickled chilli pepper ) Capsicum - 1 cup chopped finely ( I used green and red )
The cool thing about this sandwich is you can make the egg salad the day before or couple hours before and keep it ready in fridge. So you can make this sandwich in a pro.
