Ingredients for feta salad
Lettuce - as needed Tomato - 1 large cubed Feta - 50 grams cubed Cucumber - 1 peeled and chopped Bread Slices - 3 Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tblspn Olives - 10 Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 2 tblspn Salt to taste Pepper to taste

How to Make Feta Salad
Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Take bread slices on a baking pan and brush with olive oil. Pop it in oven and bake for 5 to 8 mins till golden and crispy. Remove it from oven, cool it down and chop it up. Mix all ingredients together and top over a bed of lettuce. Now top with croutons and serve.
