Basmati Rice - 2 cups cooked Oil - 1 tbsp Garlic - 4 fat cloves chopped finely Dry Red Chillies - 4 broken into small pieces Salt to taste Sugar - ½ tsp Soy Sauce - 1 tsp or to taste Vinegar - 1 tsp or to taste Spring Onions a handful finely chopped
If you have some leftover rice on hand, you can whip this up in minutes. A great recipe to put on lunch box and i am sure your kids will love it too.
