Tips & Tricks
You can use wheat flour instead of regular flour. I used gingelly oil for the flavour, you can use melted butter, ghee or any oil. Sesame seeds can be used for the crunch in cookies. Sugar can be skipped if you don't want the cookies to be sweet.
Serving & Storage
Bake and cool the cookies completely. Store in an air container and it stays good for a week. These cookies can be served with a cup of tea or coffee.
