Ingredients for Gingerbread
All Purpose Flour / Maida Brown Sugar or Demerrara SugarHoney Unsalted Soft ButterBaking Powder & Baking SodaGinger Powder, Cinnamon Powder, Cloves Powder, Nutmeg Powder Similar Recipes,Ghee CookiesButter CookiesOats CookiesHoney Walnut CookiesSnowball CookiesM&Ms Chocolate Chips CookiesOatmeal Raisan Cookies
Gingerbread Cookies Preparation
Take butter, brown sugar, honey in a bowl and whisk well till creamy. Add in baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices and whisk well. Now add in flour and shape it into a dough. Wrap it in cling wrap and chill in fridge for at least 1 to 2 hours. Preheat oven to 180 degree C / 360 degree F. Now roll this between two sheets of plastic wrap and cut using gingerbread shape cutter. Arrange it in a baking pan which is lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 mins. Now remove from oven and cool completely. Now make icing, take icing sugar and milk in a bowl and whisk till thick and creamy. Pour this in a ziploc bag and snip off the edge. Decorate the cookie as you like and decorate with sugar silver balls. Enjoy.
