Cauliflower - 3 cups cooked Cabbage - 3 cups shredded Oil - 3 tblspn Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 1 tsp Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu - 1 tsp Curry leaves - 1 sprig Green Chillies - 3 to 4 chopped Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp Salt to taste Coriander leaves a handful finely chopped
