About Green Apple Juice
Green Apple Juice (Granny Smith Apple Juice) is a 3 ingredient healthy summer drink made using fresh green apples, celery, and honey. It is simple to make, loaded with nutrients, and easily digestible. One glass of this refreshing fresh apple juice will keep you refreshed and hydrated and provide instant energy. Make the green apple juice recipe in a blender or a juicer, as you prefer. Remember that the juice made in a cold-pressed juicer is healthier than that made in a blender. When pressed slowly, more nutrients are retained as heat does not destroy them. This recipe is gluten-free and vegetarian. It can easily be made vegan, too. Ingredients
Green Apples (Granny Smith Apples) – The slightly sweet and tangy taste of these apples makes this juice very delicious. Celery – Celery and green apples pair very well and have many health benefits. Honey balance the tartness of the green apples. It is completely optional though. Replace it with maple syrup for a vegan version.
Variations
Add other fruits and veggies, such as cucumber, ginger, carrot, lime, pineapple, etc, to make variations. You can add other greens, such as spinach, kale, or lettuce, to this recipe. Spike it with vodka, rum, tequila, or whisky for an adult version.
How To Make Green Apple Juice
In A Blender
Rinse 2 green apples and 1 celery stalk and pat dry them. Core the apples, remove the seeds, and cut them into 1-inch cubes. Chop the celery stalk into small pieces. Add
2 green apples, cored, deseeded, and cubed 1 stalk celery, chopped ½ cup water 1 tablespoon honey
to a blender and blend until smooth. Pass the juice through a fine mesh strainer. Press with a large spoon to get the maximum juice and discard the pulp. Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately.
In A Slow Juicer
Turn the juicer on and push the apples and celery through the chute. Stir in honey. Thin the juice with some water if needed. Serve immediately.

Storage Suggestions
Granny Smith apple juice tastes the best when served fresh. You can refrigerate it in an airtight container for 2-3 days, but it will lose its freshness and taste with time. Freeze it instead! It will last for 3 to 6 months. The freezing process affects the juice’s taste, so taste it before serving it again.
