Ingredients for Green Chilli Pickle
Green Chilli - 2 cups ( Use any variety ) Lemon - 1 medium size ( 2 tbsp of juice ) You can use Vinegar too Oil - 4 tbsp
For Grinding:
Coriander Seeds / Thania - 3 tbsp Fennel Seeds / Sombu / Saunf - 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds / Vendayam - 1 tsp Asafoetida / Hing / Kaya Podi - ½ tsp Turmeric Powder / Manjal Pod - 1 tsp Salt - 1 tbsp
