Ingredients
Ginger - try to find fresh young ginger root. Peel the skin with peeler or use a spoon to scrape off the skin. Wash it well to remove all the dirt from the ginger. When grinding ginger use very little water. Extract ginger juice by passing it through a sieve. Lemon - I used lemon squeeze to press out maximum juice from the lemons. Use fresh lemon and extract fresh juice from it. Don’t use bottled lemon juice. Garlic - If you can use organic garlic. Peel the skin and use it. Apple Cider Vinegar - Try and source organic unfiltered Apple cider vinegar with mother. It has full medicinal benefits in them. Honey - pure organic honey is preferred in this recipe for its medicinal benefits.
How to Make Apple Cider Vinegar with Ginger, Garlic, Lemon, & Honey (Stepwise pictures)
Making Ginger Juice
1)take fresh ginger, peel the skin using a peeler or a spoon to scrape the skin. Wash it well. Cut into chunks for grinding. 2)Take the ginger in a blender. Grind it to a puree. You can use very little water to grind the ginger to a smooth paste. Don’t add too much water. 3)Transfer the ginger puree to a sieve and press it using a spoon to extract ginger juice. Squeeze and extract as much juice as possible. 4)This is your ginger juice. Set aside.
Make Garlic Puree
5)Take peeled garlic cloves in a blender and grind into a puree.
Squeeze lemons
6)Take lemons in lemon squeezer and extract the juice. If you have citrus press you can use that too. 7)Once the lemon juice is extracted, strain it using the same strainer and set aside the juice.
Mixing Ginger, lemon and garlic
8)Take lemon juice in a jug. You need 1 cup of lemon juice. 9)Measure and pour in 1 cup of ginger juice. 10)Mix ginger and lemon together. As soon as you add ginger juice into the lemon, it will turn pink shade. It is normal nothing to worry. 11)Now add in garlic puree and mix well. 12)The mixture will be slightly thicker in texture because of the garlic puree. 13)I strained the mixture one last time through a strainer. This step is optional. I did this because I wanted to remove any garlic pieces in the mixture.
Cooking Ginger, Garlic, Lemon and Apple Cider Mix
14)Now take the mixture in a sauce pan. Add in 1 cup of apple cider vinegar. it is best to use raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar. 15)Cook this mixture on low medium heat for 30 minutes. Keep mixing in between so nothing burns. Once it is cooked for 30 minutes. Take it off the heat and allow it to cool completely. You have to mix honey only when the mixture is cooled. Pro Tip: As you cook the apple cider mix, it will turn slightly greenish in colour. That is perfectly normal.
Mixing in honey
16)Once the mixture is completely cooled. Add in 3 cups of honey. it is best to use organic high quality pure honey in this recipe. 17)Mix honey really well into the mixture. once mixed, pour it in clean dry air tight bottles and store under refrigeration.

Use best quality honey and apple cider vinegar for its health benefits. You can mix 1 tbsp of the mixture with 1 cup of warm water and consume.
This drink is so easy to put together. You have to extract the juice from the ingredients. Mix all up, heat it up, cool it down and add honey. Thats it.
How to Consume?
Drink 1 tblsp of this tonic, empty stomach in morning followed by 1 cup of warm water. You can also have 1 tbsp in afternoon and night.
