In a food processor add onion, garlic, tomatoes, coriander leaves, jalapenos and pulse till it gets to the right texture. Tip this into a bowl add salt, lemon juice, olive oil and mix well. Serve with tortilla chips or any mexican dish.
Chips and Salsa is possibly the tastiest combination in food. I love it any time of the day. This is indeed very healthy dish and easy to make. I served this with homemade tortilla chips. This chips is very easy to make, take some homemade tortilla cut into wedges, drizzle it with oil, salt, pepper and bake it in hot oven till crispy (keep an eye on it, or else it may burn). Remove it from oven and let it cool completely before serving. You could also serve this with refried beans.
