 You all know that horse gram is a great weightloss ingredient. This recipe is a great way to include horse gram / kollu in your diet. Use no oil for the roti and have with your favourite curry. How to Make Horse Gram Dosa
Wash and soak horsegram, rice, urad dal and fenugreek seeds overnight. Drain them. Take it in a blender and puree till smooth. Pour it into a container and add salt. Mix well and leave to ferment for 5 to 6 hours. Now make dosa, drizzle oil around the sides and cook till golden on both sides. Serve hot with chutney.
