Vegan Tofu Omelette
Tofu - 100 grams Salt to taste Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi - ½ tsp Milk or Unsweetened soy milk - ½ cup or as needed Besan / Gram Flour / Kadalai Mavu - ½ cup to ¾ cup
Olive Oil - 1 tsp Garlic - 2 cloves chopped finely Onions - 1 medium size sliced thinly Capsicum / Bell Peppers - ¼ sliced thinly Red Chilli Flakes to taste Salt to taste Oregano - ½ tsp Coriander Leaves - 3 tblspn finely chopped Cheese as needed grated (optional) (use dairy free cheese)
