Tomato Dosa Recipe
Another one instant recipe, I made this of last night dinner and everyone loved it. We used to make tomato dosa often, but in a different way. We sprinkle chopped tomatoes and freshly ground black pepper and cook it. But this is a new way of making it and I am totally love with it. This recipe is great when you have no time to make any side dish for dosa or need a instant recipe if you are hungry, because this hardly took me just less than 15 mins to make.
Tomato Dosa Preparation
Heat oil in a kadai. Add tomatoes and salt and mix well. Cook for 3 mins till mushy. Now take this in blender along with coconut and make into a puree. Add this to dosa batter along with chilli powder and curry leaves.Mix well. Heat a tawa and spread the dosa evenly on it. Drizzle some oil around the sides and cook for a min on one side. Flip over and cook. Remove and serve.
