About Javvarisi Payasam Recipe
Sago payasam is my favorite. I love sago a lot. When i feel tired and not in a cooking mood. I used to boil sago with some milk, add sugar and have it warm. I used to call it as “Ball Paal”..That’s my language. This is a rich way of making it, by reducing the milk and making it thick, then adding lots of sugar and condensed milk. Finally finishing it off with cardamom powder and nuts. So try it and let me know how it turns out.

Sago / Sabudana / Javvarisi - 1 cup Milk - 750 ml Sugar - ½ cup Milkmaid / Condensed Milk - ½ cup Cardamom Powder / Yelakai podi - 1 tsp Nuts - 3 tbsp (I used cashews, pista, almonds) Ghee - 1 tsp optional
