Jodhpuri Aloo | Rajasthani Aloo Recipe
Delicious potato dish which can be made in few minutes. The potato curry taste spicy and tangy and packed with full of flavour. Serve it with daal and rice for a perfect lunch.

HOW TO MAKE JODHPURI ALOO
Peel potatoes, chop them. Take it in a kadai. Add salt and cover with water. Cook till potatoes are tender. Drain and set aside. Heat oil in a kadai. Add in the whole spices and seasoning. Let them sizzle. Add in potatoes and salt. Toss them well in the oil. cook for few minutes. Now add in the spice powders and toss well. Cook for 4 to 5 mins. Add in amchoor powder and coriander leaves. Toss well. Serve.

Notes
You can use ghee instead of oil to cook the potatoes. The aloo curry can be served with roti or naan as you like. Add more chilli powder if you need it to be spicy. Instead of amchoor powder you could add some lemon juice in the end.
