Summer is here, that means less time in the kitchen and more salads, juices, porridges is on the menu. This kerala kanji recipe is one of my favorite. Easy to make and taste so delicious. I used kerala red rice to make this kanji. It is broken matta ari which is perfect for kanji or porridges.

Broken Matta Kanji Recipe Step by Step pictures
1)This is broken matta rice Pin 2)Take it in a bowl and wash it really well.
