A hot egg curry known as Kerala Style Egg Curry (Mutta Curry) is a staple in Keralan households. Coconut milk can be used or not in its preparation. Serve it with rice or appam for a filling meal. Eggs were cooked in a hot onion-tomato gravy, both boiled and roasted. The exotic flavour of the Garam masala and spice powders is complemented by the sweetness of the onion and tomatoes. The dish becomes tastier the more onions there are in it. Every spoonful of rice and curry leaves the tongue with a wonderful blend of sweetness and heat.
