This street toast has an addition of sugar added in them which makes it super duper good. Street toasts in Korea were highly popular and it look very big and loaded with tons of veggies for 5000 won. I like to use cabbage, carrots, spring onions, garlic chives in the sandwich. Traditionally green cabbage known as yangbaechu is added, you can add 1 sliced onions as well. For more filling toast, you can add a slice of cheese, ham on top of the vegetable patties which adds more taste to the sandwich.  Korean street toast consists of toasted bread, egg vegetable patties, cheese, tomato ketchup and some sugar. The key point you have to remember is to load the patty with lots of vegetables which is important for the taste. Bread has to be toasted till crisp in butter. There has to be some kind of sweetness added in the sandwich like a layer of jam or a sprinkle of sugar. Condiments like ketchup, mustard and kewpie mayo.
