Pin 4)Heat coconut oil in a earthern ware pot Pin 5)Add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds Pin 6)Add in dry red chillies and curry leaves Pin 7)Add in ginger and garlic Pin 8)Add in chopped shallots Pin 9)Saute for a 5 mins Pin 10)Add salt Pin 11)Add turmeric powder Pin 12)Mix well Pin 13)Add in tomatoes Pin 14)Mix well and add in kashmiri chilli powder and normal chilli powder Pin 15)Stir fry on low heat for 1 min Pin 16)Add tamarind Pin 17)Mix well for 2 mins Pin 18)Add in thick coconut milk Pin 19)Mix well Pin 20)Cook this for 5 mins Pin 21)Add in fish pieces Pin 22)Mix well.
