About Kung Pao Paneer
Kung Pao paneer, also known as Gong Bao or Kung Po, is a spicy Chinese stir-fried dish made with paneer cubes, peanuts, veggies (traditionally solely Welsh onion), and chilli peppers. Sichuan peppercorns are used in this classic Sichuan dish, which originated in the Sichuan Province of southwest China. Despite the fact that themeal is popular throughout China, regional versions are often less hot than the Sichuan version. If you like paneer, you’ll adore this combination. The tastes of Kung Pao Paneer are a mix of Indian and Chinese spices. Unlike Chili Chicken, it does not contain a lot of soy sauce; instead, the flavour comes from the Indian spices that are added. The addition of crushed peanuts adds another touch to the recipe. If possible, use salted peanuts because they will give this dish a unique flavour. For all the vegetarians out there, Kung Pao Paneer is a terrific street-food-style meal. Please give this recipe a try and let us know what you think.
