Ingredients for Mango Custard Pudding
Mangoes - 1 large peeled and chopped finely for decorating Gelatin - 2 tsp ( if you use agar agar, use 4 tsp) Cold Water - 3 tbsp Cream - 1 cup ( I used 25% fat fresh cream)
For Mango Custard:
Custard Powder - 1.5 tbsp ( i used store bought vanilla flavor) Milk - 1 cup / 240 ml Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp Sugar - 2 tbsp
For Mango Puree:
Mangoes - 2 medium size peeled and chopped Sugar - ½ cup
This pudding taste so rich, you get the custard flavour coming through it and it has lots of mango flavour in it. This taste so creamy as well. I love the bite of fresh mangoes which covers the top as well..
