Couple days back mom asked me to make her this peanuts. So i got the recipe from her and tried it immediately. And it turned out so yummy. I would recommend you to add more garlic, because those fried up garlic taste so yummy..I was just picking those garlic from the peanuts. So try it and let me know how it turned out.

Ingredients for Masala Kadalai

Peanuts - 2 cups ( I used Raw) Gram Flour - ½ cup Rice Flour - 3 tbsp Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp Baking Soda - ½ tsp Garlic - 10 cloves with skin on Fennel Seeds / Sombu / Saunf - 1 tsp Asafoetida / Hing / Kaya Podi - ½ tsp Salt to taste Red Food Coloring a pinch Water as needed Oil for deep frying
