Paneer - paneer is called as indian cottage cheese. homemade paneer taste much better than store bought. There are few tips to make paneer soft. Onions & Tomatoes - onions and tomatoes are stir fried and pureed. That makes the base for the curry. Cashews - cashews are used along with onions and tomatoes to create creaminess in the dish. instead of cashews you can use cream.
How to Cook Paneer Soft
if you use store bought paneer. cube them. fry them in oil and soak them in warm water till use. if you don’t wish to fry the paneer, just cube and soak them in warm water.
