All Purpose Flour / Maida - ¾ cup / 90 gms Sugar - ½ cup / 100 gms Baking Soda - ½ tsp Milk - ½ cup / 120 ml Unsalted Butter - 3 tbsp melted Vanilla Essence - 2 tsp Vinegar or Lemon Juice - 1.5 tsp
For Chocoate Glaze:
Sugar - ½ cup / 100 gms Cocoa Powder - 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter - 1 tbsp melted Milk - 3 to 4 tbsp

How to Make Vanilla cake in Microwave
1)Take plain flour, sugar in a bowl. 2) Add in baking soda 3)Mix this really well. 4)Add in milk 5)Add in melted butter. 6)Pour in a splash of vanilla extract. 7)Add in some vinegar. This makes the cake incredibly soft. 8)The cake batter is ready to bake. 9)Pour the cake batter in a greased microwave safe bowl. 10)pop it into the microwave and cook for 3 minutes. 11)The cake will look soft when it comes out. Let it cool in the bowl for 5 minutes before inverting into a serving plate.
How to Make Chocolate Icing for Cake
These are the ingredients which you need for making the glaze.
Sugar - ½ cup / 100 gms Cocoa Powder - 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter - 1 tbsp melted Milk - 3 to 4 tbsp
- Now to make icing, Take sugar, cocoa and butter in a bowl and mix well. Pop the bowl in a microwave for 30 sec. Now the mix with get little liquidy. Add in more milk, a tblspn at a time and mix well to get the right consistency. Thats it you glaze is ready. 13)Pour this icing over the cake. Make sure you pour the icing when the cake is still warm. Top it with some sprinkles. 14)Slice and serve.
