How to Make Millets Kozhukattai
Take varagu and saamai in a bowl and wash well. Cover with water and let it soak for 8 to 10 hours. Drain and set aside. Take it in a blender and puree coarsely. Take it in a bowl, add coconut and salt and mix well. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard, urad dal, chillies and curry leaves. Let them sizzle. Add it into the millet mix. Make this into small balls. Bring lots of water to a boil, drop kozhukattai in and simmer it and cook for 10 to 15 mins on low heat. Drain and serve.
