How to Make Mint Kisses Recipe
Preheat oven to 100 degree c / 200 degree f. Take egg white in a clean dry bowl and whip till light and creamy. Add in cream of tartar and whip till combined. Now start adding powdered sugar little by little. Keep whipping. Keep beating till thick and shiny. Take little mix between your fingers and there should be no grits of sugar in them. It should be smooth. Now add in extract and food colour and whip well. Fill this in piping bag with star nozzle. Line parchment paper in tray. Pipe little stars in the parchment. Pop this in oven middle rack and bake for 1 to 2 hours till it is completely dry. Once it is cooked, keep the oven closed and let the tray be inside the oven for 1 to 2 hours. Now remove it and cool completely. Store in air tight container.

1)Don’t heat the oven more than 100 degree c.2)Keep baking the cookies for longer time like 1 to 2 hours till it is crispy.3)Taste the cookies, if it is chewy then bake for another 15 to 30 mins till crispy.4)Turn the oven off and let the tray be inside the oven and cool gradually for another 2 hours. It will make it crispy.5)If you don’t have cream of tartar use lemon juice instead.6)Use powdered sugar for fluffy texture.
