Ingredients for Mixed Vegetable Chutney
Oil - 1 tsp Onion - 1 small chopped Green Chilli - 4 to 5 Ginger - 1 inch piece chopped Garlic - 5 cloves Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi - 1 tsp Tomato - 1 large chopped Carrot - 1 medium size chopped Beans - 10 chopped Cauliflower - 1 cup chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves - ½ cup Tamarind Pulp - 2 tbsp Salt to taste Sugar - 1 tsp
For Tempering:
Oil - 2 tblspn Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 1 tsp Urad Dal / Ulundu Paruppu - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1 tsp Asafoetida / Hing / Kaya Podi - ¼ tsp Dry Red Chilli - 1 Pin
