This is a mouth watering dish. I love all chinese recipes so this is not an exception. I made this for lunch few days back and served it with chapati and loved it to the core.
Ingredients for Mushroom Manchurian
Mushrooms - 200 grams cleaned and sliced Oil for deep frying For Batter: All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup Cornflour / Cornstarch - ½ cup Pepper Powder - 1 tsp Salt to taste Water - ¾ cup For Sauce: Oil - 1 tsp Onion - 1 medium size cubed Garlic - 4 cloves chopped Green Chilli - 2 chopped Bell Pepper / Capsicum - 1 medium size cubed Tomato Ketchup - 3 tblspn Soya Sauce - 1 tsp Vinegar / Lemon Juice - 1 tsp Salt to taste Sugar - ½ tsp Pepper Powder - 1 tsp Spring Onion - 3 chopped finely Water as needed Cornflour - 1 tsp mixed with tblspn of water
