A cupcake is a small cake that can be baked in a small thin paper or aluminium cup. Frosting and other cake decorations, such as fruit and candy, may be used, as with larger cakes. They are nothing but Nutella, Self Raising Flour and an Egg. I could never imagine a cupcake with just these ingredients, but it really works. These are just so amazing and came out perfect. I made it into mini cupcake, those cupcakes turned out too cute, you just want to pop few in your mouth immediately. But you can make into regular cupcakes, but they will take a little more time to bake, say 15 to 18 mins..They will be just as perfect. Â

Nutella:Nutella is high in fibre, which aids in cholesterol management. It lowers the chances of developing heart disease. Calcium in Nutella helps to strengthen your bones and teeth. The iron in Nutella helps your body produce red blood cells and protects your immune system. Self Raising Flour :Self-rising flour contains baking powder and a small amount of salt. It’s a common ingredient in many Southern recipes, and its traditionally made from a softer, lower protein version of all-purpose flour, which grows in the area. Egg : The primary function of eggs in a cake batter is to provide structure in the form of proteins from both the yolk and the white. As the cake bakes, the protein coagulates and, along with the starch from the flour, forms the cake crumb. Â
