Onion Chicken Curry Recipe

Hai Friends. Hope everyone kick started their week with a blissful monday. My weekend was really a cooking weekend, I made so many dishes these two days, don’t worry I took pictures of them too..Those recipes will be live in my blog soon… keep checking until then. Now let’s talk something about this chicken curry. I always wanted to make a chicken curry which has onion base in it. Couple of weeks back I found a bunch of spring onions which looked like it will go dry soon. I thought of putting it in right use somehow. Also had some big onions in my pantry, finally decided to make a curry of my dream. I used my pressure cooker for it, love to use my pressure cooker to cook my chicken, because it makes the chicken cook until it is tender and make the chicken to get maximum flavour.
