Ingredients for Onion Rava Dosa

Sooji / Rava - ½ cup Rice Flour - ½ cup Wheat Flour / Atta - ¼ cup Black Pepper - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Curry leaves a handful Ginger - 2 tsp chopped finely Green Chillies - 1 chopped finely Onion - ½ cup chopped finely Coriander leaves a handful chopped finely Salt to taste Water as needed Oil for pan frying

Sooji / Rava : Rava, also known as sooji, is one of the most well-known. It is made from granulated and refined whole wheat grain. It is typically made from a type of wheat known as mottai godumai. Another type is chamba rava, which is a wheat flour extract. Onion:Onions are considered a basic ingredient or the foundation of Indian cooking and are used to make any gravy, curry, or bhuna dish. The flavour and aroma of onion transforms any ordinary dish into a mouthwatering and delectable one.
