Sooji / Rava - ½ cup Rice Flour - ½ cup Wheat Flour / Atta - ¼ cup Black Pepper - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Curry leaves a handful Ginger - 2 tsp chopped finely Green Chillies - 1 chopped finely Onion - ½ cup chopped finely Coriander leaves a handful chopped finely Salt to taste Water as needed Oil for pan frying
