Paneer Cheese Balls Recipe
Delicious and healthy crispy paneer cheese balls recipe made two ways. I have showed the recipe for making paneer cheese balls in an air fryer and also fried version. Paneer is an Indian cheese produced with curdled milk and a fruit or vegetable acid such as lemon juice. This dish is made all over the Indian Subcontinent, but Bengalis love it the most. It comprises of fresh cheese balls that are boiled and then steeped in a saffron sugar syrup. According to legend, a Massachusetts farmer fashioned the first known cheese ball in 1801 and presented it to President Thomas Jefferson at the White House. It reportedly weighed 1,235 pounds. Paneer is often credited to Persian and Afghan monarchs who introduced it to North India in the 16th century, where it was produced with either goat or sheep rennet. The word paneer stems from the Turkish and Persian words peynir which simply means cheese. Pin

How to Use an Air fryer?
You can easily make any deep fried snack in an air fryer. Just pop it in the required temperature and it will crisp up easily. Air fryers are full of hot air, and that’s what is great about them. They are basically small, powerful ovens, and ovens use air as a vehicle for heat, whereas deep frying uses fat as the vehicle for heat. Because air fryers are ovens and not fryers, foods that come out of your air fryer will not be 100% identical to the one that comes out of a fryer. But it is very healthy for you. Certain foods need certain temperature to cook in an air fryer. So read the recipe properly and bake it in that heat. Also a drizzle of oil or a spray coat of oil helps the food crisp up nicely.
