Pepper Paneer Karahi

I love cooking with paneer often because it taste so awesome and my siblings love this a lot. The cool thing about paneer is, since it is so bland it picks up all the flavours which we add into it. This recipe is so simple but definitely rich in taste. I served it with paper roast and it was a total hit. You could actually make some chapati or naan to go with it. Ingredients for Paneer Karahi 

Paneer / Cottage Cheese-1 packet cubed Onion-1 large chopped finely Capsicum / Bell Pepper-1 cubed Tomato-4 chopped finely Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tblspn Cumin seeds / Jeerakam-1 tsp Chilli Powder-1 tsp Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi-1 tsp Coriander Powder / Malli Podi-1 tsp Cumin Powder / Jeera Powder-1 tsp Garam Masala Powder-1 tsp Oil-3 tblspn Cream or Milk- ½ cup / 120 ml Salt to taste
