Curd-1 cup Coriander powder / Malli podi-1 tblspn Pepper-1 tsp Red chilli powder-1 tsp Cumin powder / Jeera podi-1 tsp Garam masala powder-2 tsp Turmeric powder / Manjal podi-1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste-1 tblspn Chat masala powder-1 tblspn Lemon juice-2 tblspn Red food colour-a pinch Salt to taste
Method:
Mix marinate ingredients together to a smooth paste. Add in chopped vegetables and paneer cubes in this and marinate for 5-6 hours in fridge (over night is best). Take this out of the fridge before 30 mins of preparation so that it comes to room temperature. Now heat 1 tblspn of oil in a nonstick pan and arrange the paneer and vegetables in a single layer. Cook on both sides for 4-5 mins till everything is cooked.. Remove this to a plate. Serve it as it is or skewer it alternatively in a tooth pick and serve.. Taste best when served hot.
