Now coming to this recipe, it is made with pineapples, i know pineapples taste great in gravies from my pineapple pulisery recipe. So i was not at all surprised when i came across this recipe. About Pineapple Rasam Recipe
Peppercorns / Whole Pepper - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1 tsp Garlic - 3 fat cloves
For Grinding:
Tomatoes - 1 medium size chopped Pineapples - ¾ cup chopped
Seasoning:
Oil - 1 tsp Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1 tsp Asafoetida/ Hing / Kaya Podi - ¼ tsp Dry Red Chilli - 1 Curry leaves a sprig
