About Prawn Chukka Recipe

Sukka or Sukka is a dry Konkani dish made with fresh chicken/prawn/mutton, masalas, grated fresh coconut, and generous amounts of ghee and onions. Prawn Sukka is an Indian chicken dish from Mangalore and Udupi. The word Sukka is derived from the Hindi word Sukha,; which means dry. Yetti Sukka, or Yetti Ajadina in Tulu, is a delicious prawn preparation from Mangalorean cuisine. It can, however, be prepared in two ways: dry or semi-gravy. Prawns
