How to Make Snake Gourd Poriyal Recipe
Heat oil in a kadai. Add in all the seasoning ingredients and let it crackle for a min. Add in onions and saute for a min till it turns translucent. Add in chopped snake gourd and saute for a couple of mins. Add in salt and sambar powder and saute well. Pour in a splash of water and cover the pan. Cook this for 5 -10 mins till the snake gourd is cooked. Now remove the lid and saute the poriyal on high heat for 5 mins. Serve with rice and any curry of your choice.
